This portfolio site has no accounts and no sign-up. We collect only:

• Technical data your browser sends automatically (IP address, user agent, pages requested) in server logs.
• Your cookie choice, stored locally in your browser so we don't ask again.
• Anonymised usage analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Anything you choose to send us by email.

We rely on legitimate interests for keeping the site secure and operational, and on your consent for any analytics or non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

VeriLingo, Sayvo, Phrase Bridge and Say No Well each process data under their own privacy notices, available inside each app. This notice covers the Sayara portfolio site only.

We share data only with hosting and analytics providers acting as our processors under contract. Where a provider is outside the UK, the transfer is covered by adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data.

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your query.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email privacy@sayara.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
